René Ruhstaller, Managing Director

After his apprenticeship in a renowned hotel in Lenzburg, it quickly became clear that Mr. Ruhstaller will face the challenge of management in the hotel sector. After several years as a restaurant manager in the 4 star hotel and a renowned eatery in Bern, the practice also received the diploma “Eidg. Dipl. Hotelier / Restaurateur ”added. He made his international experience in Cape Town, South Africa as deputy. Manager of 2 boutique hotels. With the takeover of the Martinas, he had the opportunity to be self-employed in Switzerland.

Dominik Schibli, Disponent / Operations

More than by chance, Dominik Schibli came to Martinas GmbH in 2018 after more than 15 years in customer service for various logistics providers, where he has been doing the scheduling and "front of house" since then. Here he can introduce suggestions and implement ideas with a lot of personal responsibility. It's fun to be in direct contact with customers and the great moving and cleaning teams.

In his free time he has been working with some friends in a bar / event venue for over 20 years and you can often find him behind the bar or at the entrance control at the weekend.

Marco Wüst, Manager

After his apprenticeship as a carpenter, Mr. Wüst performed various jobs. In this way he was able to acquire extensive basic knowledge. He was a fitter at one of the largest furniture stores in Switzerland, did his community service in a social company in Aarau and was allowed to work as a group leader there for many more years.

Then he switched back to construction, but he wasn't really happy there. He lacked customer contact. So Mr. Wüst was allowed to join the Martina company. Everything that makes him come together here: contact with customers and helping out with the move, where he can prove his skills as a carpenter and support a great team.

Mr. Wüst is happy to be in nature with his wife, their dog and his off-road camper.
